O-5-403 Microsoft Outlook Setup Process for iPhone

🎯Purpose

Identifies the steps required to set up Microsoft Outlook with MFA on an iPhone for Clinical Field Staff.

🔄 Process

If applicable, delete existing account first. If this is a new user set up, skip down to ­­­­­Step #6.

1.      Search for Mail application:

2.      Select Mail Accounts:

3.      Select Adara E-Mail Account:

4.      Scroll down and select Delete Account:

5.      Select Delete from My iPhone:

6.      Go back to Mail Accounts. Select Add Account:

7.      Enter your full adarahomehealth.com e-mail address:

8.      Select Next:

9.      Select Microsoft Exchange:

10.  Update description if you prefer, then select Next:

11.  Select Sign In:

12.  Select Continue:

13.  User will be prompted to enter your password. If needed select Edit Settings and enter password:

14.  User will be prompted to use whichever MFA has already been set up to sign in.
