O-5-401 Microsoft Authenticator App

🎯 Purpose:

The Microsoft Authenticator App can be used to establish multi factor authentication (MFA) for other programs.

🔄 Process:

Install Microsoft Authenticator App:

1. On your mobile device, go to the App Store (IOS or Google Play Store:

2. Search for and install "Microsoft Authenticator":

3. Open Application:

Set up your account in App:

1. Select Add Work or School Account:

2. Select Sign In.
3. Enter Microsoft User Name/ Adara Home Health Email Address and hit next:

4. Enter password.
5. Follow the prompts to finish setting up the device.

Use Authenticator to Sign In:

1. Once set up, when user signs into a program with their Microsoft User ID, a notification will be sent to the Authenticator app on the mobile device to validate:

2. Enter the number from the program and select Yes:

3. The program will launch.
