O-5-153 Samsung Tablet – Update Active Directory Password on the Web

🎯 Purpose

Defines the process to update an Adara Home Health Active Directory domain password using the Samsung Tablet.

Password changes can be made in Outlook on the website at webmail.adarahomehealth.com.

Users will begin to receive a Password Expiration Warning 10 days leading up to the expiration date of their current password.

Refer to O-5-149 Password Expiration Warnings for details and content of this message.

🔄 Process

1. Follow the link to the Outlook on the web website and log in to the website

   1. For instructions on how to download Adara Resources including the Adara Webmail bookmark, refer to O-5-317 Samsung Tablet: Non-Kiosk Mode Basic Functionality and Facts

      

2. Select the three white dots in the lower right-hand corner of the page and select Options

   

3. Select the General tab and then the My Account option (you may need to scroll up to show the General tab above the Mail tab)

   

4. Within the My Account window, scroll to the bottom and select the Change your password link in blue.

   

   

5. Enter your current password, your new password and confirm your new password by entering it again. Select Save at the top and your password is now good for 120 days.
