General Instructions:
- Observe the client during mobility to and from the toilet as well as transfers and determine the amount of assistance required to be SAFE with both aspects.
- If the client is able to perform the transfer but not safe, need to continue down the responses
- It is not taking into account if there is a caregiver available
- GG0170 F, Clinical Summary and therapy evaluations should correlate with this response
