O-12-116 Reordering Supplies in PointCare

🎯 Purpose

To describe the process of reordering supplies in PointCare. 

🔄 Process

Clinicians can reorder supply packages that have been previously requisitioned. 

1. In Visit Actions Menu or in Medical Record- Features, select Supplies/DME:

   

2. Select REORDER:

   

3. Use the Sort By toggle to sort previously requisitioned packages by Date or by Package:

   

4. Select Add to re-order package:

   

5. Select back arrow to return to Supplies/DME Screen:

   

6. Select item for requisition:
   1. Adjust quantity if needed

   2. Select Delivery Method

      

7. Sync device.
