🎯PURPOSE:

HelpScout is a customer service platform designed to assist Adara manage and improve support needs for all employees/customers and improve accessibility for Operational Processes, tipsheets and additional resources for users. This is available at field.adarahelp.com.


Any new or revised processes, tipsheets and resources will be added to HelpScout when released.

🔄PROCESS:

  1. Go to the website in Google Chrome browser:
    1. For Samsung Tablets: view O-5-405 Samsung Tablet: Download Shortcuts to add the shortcut to the home page
  2. Search the Knowledge Base for resources:
    1. Search for specific process or use key phrases:

5.      Submit a ticket to support:

    1. Select ? icon:

b. Fill out the appropriate fields:

  1. Once ticket is submitted, user will receive an e-mail response indicating message has been received and is being reviewed.
